Download the templates, print them out or take the templates to hand and transfer the cut skirt to the felt and the wings to the fabric. Now-Felt. cut out the circle and the wings.
Use the Glitter Liner to paint the outer edge of the cut out circle and the wings. For the wings you can paint further patterns and the suggestion of with the Feathers Glitter Liner. Let everything dry well.
Then prime one of the smaller ones white Wooden balls and decorate it with the Glitter Liner after it has dried
