Completely in the current mixed media style, Stretched Canvasdifferent materials and painting techniques are combined to a timelessly beautiful mural. The picture consists of Stretched Canvas, different sized stamps Painting boards, and stencils as well as glued on clock hands and numbers.
And this is how it works
First the Stretched Canvas divided into four fields of equal size and painted with the colours contained in the colour set according to the illustration. The antique look of the picture is created by applying a little bit of paint with a sponge after the coloured primer has dried Umbra Paint is wiped off at the edges and borders (wiping technique) In the next step, the Bel Arto NOVA stamp is stamped in golden colour. This is best done with Stenciling inkas it has a creamy but not too liquid consistency. Then the watches and movements are stenciled with the stencil in opposite colours. Now the numbers for the clocks are placed Painting board on the large one and glued on. For our decoration example we used Relief MVBSedium. For this, lay a kitchen towel over the motif and first moisten it with water according to the instructions, dab it into the outline and Bristle brushes spray it with the Relief Medium. Apply two further layers Paper and allow to dry thoroughly. Peel off later and cut out individual numbers.
