Primer
In order to show off the napkin motifs to their best advantage, the letters are primed in two different colours: in addition to classic white , the Christmas colour is mixed from the colours Carmine Red and auberings.
The large areas of the X are painted red, the sides white. All other letters are primed white or red on the sides.
Napkin technique
Now select napkin motifs , try out the effect on the letter in advance. Cut the individual motifs to size, remove the lower white paper layers from the napkin parts and apply the napkin with a brush and Napkin varnish the white areas of the letters.
