At last! With the edding 1500 Pastel Pen - Soft White, you can now apply pastel shades to Paper and white to Black . The pen has a line width of 1-3 mm, making it the ideal companion for handlettering.

The latest innovation from edding contains water-based pigments Ink and makes it possible to write on black paper or cardboard with fibre-tip pens. What's more, works of art created using the edding 1300 Colourpen, for example, can be given a personal touch of pastel flair.

The first application with the pastel pen - Soft White produces a soft, slightly transparent white. Once dry, you can paint over it again, which makes the white stronger and more opaque. In combination with the Colourpens, a bright Pink one turns into a rosé, delicate pastel rosé or even a powdery, delicate pastel rosé, depending on how often the Pastel Pen is applied.

Very special effects can be achieved by first writing with the pastel pen on white Paper or cardboard and then, once dry, painting over it with the edding 1300 colour pens. In this way, the writing on the pastel pen only becomes visible afterwards and can be a real surprise.
