The easy to use fluorescent paint is water-based and quick-drying. After drying it is waterproof, saliva and lightfast. Many materials such as wood, Paper, concrete Terracotta , plastic, glass and leather can be painted and decorated with the Fluorescent Paint. The paint holds best on smooth plastered walls and wallpaper with a only small grain structure.
