The trendy chalky effect is now also available on heat-resistant and smooth materials. With the KREUL Glass & Porcelain "Chalky" colours you can design glass and porcelain with velvety matt surfaces and thus create a wide variety of effects.
The KREUL Glass & Porcelain "Chalky" paint consists of at least 60% sustainable raw materials of natural origin. The paint is well covering and dries with a chalk look. The colours can be thinned as desired with the KREUL Glass & Porcelain "paint thinner" to achieve individual effects Aquarelle-. The KREUL Glass & Porcelain "Chalky" can be perfectly combined with the other variants of the KREUL Glass & Porcelain series. Thus, unique designs and different accents can be set.
Beautiful and durable decorations can be created on glass, porcelain, ceramics, metal or Terracotta other materials. The glass and porcelain paint can be applied with a paint of any strength Hair brush . A pencil is recommended for freehand drawings. Here it is important to make sure that the lines are not painted over, so that they can be easily removed after baking. Graphite paper can be used very well for transferring motifs.
Important! Surfaces that come into contact with food must not be painted with KREUL Glass & Porcelain paint, as it is not food-safe. Drinking rims or inner surfaces of glasses and cups, utility and eating areas, as well as cut surfaces of plates should be left out.
After a drying time of approx. 4 hours, the painting can be baked at approx. 160 °C. To do this, place the object in the cold oven and only then turn the oven on. Only when the required temperature has been reached does the 90-minute baking time begin. In order to complete the curing process correctly, the object must cool down in the oven. Afterwards the paint is waterproof, dishwasher safe and saliva-proof.
As long as the paint is not burnt in, the painting can be easily removed with water. This way you can create temporary designs with a variety of effects on many plastics, mirrors and acrylic glass.

Tips for application
Applicable to: Heat-resistant objects made of e.g. porcelain, glass, ceramics Terracotta and metal.
Preparations: The surface must be clean, free of grease and smooth. Cleaning by hand! Do not put it in the dishwasher, so that no beading effect is applied.
Processing: The paint is applied with a soft Hair brush one. Use the KREUL Glass & Porcelain paint thinner for thinning, so that the adhesive power is maintained after baking.
Drying time: Objects should be dried for approx. 4 hours (lying down).
Final work: To bake the object in the cold oven. Set the oven to 160 °C. Only when this temperature is reached, bake the paint for another 90 minutes. Allow the item to cool in the oven. The item can then be cleaned and used again.
This must be observed: Use only on surfaces that do not come into contact with food. Use and eating areas, drinking edges, the inside of cups or glasses and cut surfaces on plates should not be painted
