Here's how it's done:
You will need a waxed dark brown Cotton cord of about 40 cm in length. Attach the Cord to a small plate or a small piece of cardboard using a piece of wire. Thread about 12 to 15 frosted beads on the Cord and fix the beads with a (detachable) knot at the bottom of the wire.
Cut another piece of Cotton cord of about 1 m, push this thread crosswise under the first Cord, about 6 to 7 cm below the end of the beads. On each side of the beads should now be about 50 cm of thread
