This is how the bee is wrapped:
First transfer the template onto the corrugated cardboard. Then cut the body of the bee with a cutter. This should be done by an adult for safety reasons as cutters are very sharp.
Then the child can start winding the strips. Fix the beginning and end of the thread with a little craft glue.
Transfer the wings to transparent paper and cut them out. Now fold the glued edge. Push the wound wool a little to the side so that the wings can be glued to the corrugated cardboard.
Glue on the eyes.
Shape the antennae out of chenille wire and glue them into the cavities of the corrugated cardboard.
Either glue a stick into the hollow of the corrugated cardboard at the bottom of the bee or pull in a piece of wool at the top to hang the bee from.
