Here's how it works
First, form a sheet of the blank transparent paper into a cylindrical shape and leave an adhesive edge about two cm wide. Then glue the cylinder into the lantern lid and base. Now fix the edge of the cylinder.
Then cut the thin, coloured Vellum paper into strips, according to your own colour taste and in the desired widths. Now attach the strips to the cylinder with the Vellum paper-glue.
This glue is especially suitable for Vellum paper, because there are no glue spots to be seen afterwards. Once the adhesive is dry, paint on the motifs using the edding gloss paint markers.
Now only still attach the lantern bracket and wooden stick, light the tea light and sing.
