It's that simple:
Use the templates to make templates for basic shape and decor.
Cut 8 basic shapes per ball and glue the desired number of decors onto the basic shape. Punch a hole in the top and bottom of the basic shapes with the middle eyelet punch. Then cut out two paper discs with Ø 25 mm and punch a hole in the middle of them.
Bundle the Paper strips . Knot an approx. 60 cm long Satin ribbon in the middle, tie the ends together with adhesive tape. Thread on one of the paper discs, then one end of each Paper strips from the motif side. Thread the Ribbon back through the other end of the strips, then thread on the second disc. Pull the strips together with the Ribbon to a ball, knot the Ribbon and push the strips apart.
Cut out single owls, glue them with Glue pads and glue them with Pearl-Decorate pen.
