Print out the templates and cut them out.
Place them on the stretcher frame and trace them delicately with a pencil. Use a paint palette to mix the titanium white with the colour "Sienna burnt" in a light shade to your liking.
Colour the long bar on the left of the stretcher in this shade. Then mix more Sienna Burnt into the colour. Apply this colour to the bottom of the semicircle.
Important: Apply 2 - 3 coats of the colour so that it covers well. Each coat should be dry before applying the next. You can use a hairdryer to help. You can then glue on a macramé cord. Apply the glue to the stretcher frame and press the cord lightly onto it. Start on the outside and work your way evenly inwards.
