The Rotary cutter Maxi from Prym is indispensable for patchwork cutting, quilting and other sewing work, as it can quickly and easily cut through many different fabrics and several layers of fabric at once. It Rotary cutter cuts 4 to 8 layers of fabric with millimetre precision and without any build-up. Even up to 20 layers of fabric can be cut simultaneously. Thanks to the very sharp blade, you can easily cut through thick fabrics and materials such as fleece and Linen, leather, Jeans-Fabric, shaggy fabrics, terry cloth etc. The blade size Ø 45 mm is best suited for cutting straight and multiple layers of fabric. You can cut both forwards and backwards. The blade guard can be easily pushed back and forth with your thumb.
Tip: Use a ruler for straight guidance, e.g. the Prym patchwork ruler (Art. No. 362047 01) and always place a special cutting mat underneath when cutting to avoid damaging the working surface.
