Round spherical shell of cast concrete
The spherical shell suspended in the colour frame consists of cast concrete. This is first mixed according to product instructions and poured into the large Acrylic ball greased with release agent or oil. To create a shell, the smaller Acrylic ball (also sprayed with release agent) is pressed into the moist concrete mass. Weigh down the casting mould during the drying time. After the concrete mass has dried and hardened (approx. 24 hours), the cast form can be easily removed from the Acrylic ball .
