Prime the picture section with grey-brown craft paint. Then paint the frame of the VBS wooden sign with white craft paint.
Once dry, paint the picture section with crackle varnish. To create a nice "tearing effect", it is important to paint in one direction with the brush.
Then tear the motif out of the napkins. Once everything is dry, coat the image section with napkin varnish and stick the top printed layer of the napkin on top. Then coat the whole thing again with napkin varnish.
Finally, seal with weather protection impregnation.
Now paint a sheet of embossing foil with white craft paint. Stick the top printed layer of napkins onto it and, once dry, cut out individual motifs with tweezers scissors. Place the motif face down on the VBS special mat and use the embossing pen to press circular movements into the embossing foil. Stick to the frame with the VBS handicraft glue.
